Cold course - yellowfin tuna and salmon tartare, salmon caviar, sour cream, egg with blinis
Cold course - duck confit, fruit chutney, pistachio and sourdough bread

• 🌟 Gold moscato oolong - this was really fragrant, and went very well with the savouries.
• Royal Jade Peony
• Pink rose and marigold - this wasn't strong in taste initially, but its flavour was brought out really well when paired with the savouries. Was definitely refreshing.
• Eight treasures (A kaleidoscope of florals and herbs, layered with floral notes of roses and sublime nuance of white chrysanthemum. The sweetness of dates and berries linger on finish.)
Not to forget they offer decaffeinated coffee drinks as well, and I particularly liked their decaf Mocha!
