[CLOSED] Whips Cupcakes (Icon Village)

These are by far the most delicious red velvet cupcakes I've had. Creamy buttery top and the cake is so rich n velvety inspite of being a dry one. Their 1 dollar minis must be eaten by the dozen lol

I tried all 6 chocolate based cupcakes since I am a chocolate lover. The name Valrhona already suggests quality and I definitely want them in my tummy. My favourite was the pure chocolate coating and not the nutty one.

Also, cupcakes are pretty looking with the icing and fanciful whip cream 💗💗
