A super old school fish and chips hidden in the neighborhood. Just look at the “garden” salad, It looked like a pot of plant. .

Until I had this, then I understand why “ang mo” love to eat fish and chips. The batter completed wrapped the fillet and kept all its moisture within. Super crispy and juicy. .

Because of the freezing weather, this seafood chowder was my ultimate favorite. Thick like congee and packed with the taste of the sea. .
