A bowl of velvety Chinese congee with century egg, sprinkles of spring onion and that saltish flavour from the sundried oysters, quite comforting. RM13 per bowl.
Steamed farm chicken with Chinese wine, goji berry and dang gui. RM68 for half chicken.
Fragrantly wok fried tenderloin cubes with Shimeiji, bell pepper, garlic and onions. Beef were tender. RM68 per portion.
This home made beancurd steamed with large scallop and silky smooth egg white base match perfectly and rich in umami flavour especially that broth. RM38 per portion.
Another Chef recommendation dish, braised shrimps with chicken meatball wrapped in beancurd skin cooked in a thick broth of egg white and crab roe. This dish was well executed and every mouthful was full of the crab flavour. RM36 per portion.
