Something different for a start. Started off with cold potato soup, is not creamy as i think. Nice potato taste that is not milky.

Move on to the main lead of this meal, kobe beef! The whole slab of beef is presented before us before the chef proceed on to cook in teppenyaki style. I would say the meat texture is similar to its wagyu counterpart but it doesn’t get oily for feel greasy after eating it.
Comes to the rice, you get the option to choose garlic fried rice or japanese white rice. Picked the fried rice without a second thought! It was fried with the beef fats and beef meat crumbs.
The meal was ended off with yuzu sobert and a cup of coffee. The coffee was really great, no bitter aftertaste. The yuzu sobert was very refreshing!
