This was amongst the top 2 courses for me that day at Vue De Monde. The smokey char-grilled flavor pairing excellently with the chard leaves and fragrant jasmine broth. Just amazing.

I'm taking you back to my birthday lunch @vuedemonde today :) this is the cheese course. We had 4 sections each (@zeboy had all the creamy ones) 😋 Matched with sourdough, beetroot bread, cranberry crisps, rhubarb, apple, quince, onion jan, apple jam and some other jam (note taking fail).
