Great food hidden in the cheras down town. Maluri is a sub-urb area I went for quick meal fix and banking needs. However, not many really surprise me until this little shop open. They sells really yummy Chinese Style Dai Chao. Another plus point, the side dish, stir fry eggplant is super good! It is a very special taste, stir fry with maltose that has harden a little and with delicate nutty garlic, complement the eggplant that is often lack of taste and soft. They sells really yummy Chinese Style Dai Chao. I have tried Hokkien Mee, Loh Mee, Bee Hoon so far. All are so scrumptious. There is really not many stall that can master the Hokkien Mee and Loh Mee. There is so many to take care of to make a good one. Noodle cannot be too soft, the sauce cannot be too dry or too wet, the pork lard has to remains its crispyness, the sambal is not too sweet or too spicy. And this shop made it to perfect! I got to know from the menu that all noodle are self made by the shop. Noodle from the expert. The best noodle place in this neighbourhood. We finish everything even though we are not that hungry.
