Was around Uptown and decided to walk in for a second round. Wanted the matcha parfait but they ran out (?)
Matcha roll was a little dry but pair it with the cream and it’s just right.
Matcha soft serve was refreshing and smooth.
A haven for matcha and hojicha lovers, Tsujiri offers an array of premium Japanese teas and desserts. The Matcha (RM8.90) and Hojicha (RM8.90) soft serves are bestsellers, which Burppler Chin Shen Lin praises for the perfectly smooth texture. Also good is the Chiffon Cake Parfait (RM16.90), served in a cup stacked with matcha ice cream, chiffon cake, red bean paste and cornflakes.

For an after-work treat you deserve, look to Tsujiri for their smooth soft serves in both Matcha (RM8.90) and Houjicha (RM8.90) flavours. You can have it in a cup or cone, but we say go with the latter for extra crunch. For the finishing touch, garnish with yummy toppings (RM2) like red bean, shiratama (mochi) or kinako kuromitsu (Japanese sugar syrup).

Another visit to Tsujiri and this time I finally get my hands on their parfait! I had a Chiffon Parfait with matcha ice cream (RM16).
The parfait has matcha ice cream, matcha chiffon cake, red bean paste, and cornflakes. The matcha ice cream is not sweet and perfect for people who's looking for very strong tea flavor. The chiffon cake was served warm, eaten together with the cold ice cream. The red bean paste added sweetness and texture because of the remaining red bean chunks.
A personal advice, wait for the cornflakes to soften a bit and it's ready to be devoured!
Very smooth ice cream with just the right amount of sweetness. Price is justifiable at RM6.50.
