This is a good reinvention of a Pinoy classic. The sauce was not just of bagoong, but some tartness and caramel. A pleasant surprise.
Oxtail in peanut stew. Tons of veggie, sauce thick. It was good, but I preferred it more peanut-y and less sweet.
You can taste the luscious crab fat in every bite. A splash of lemon would have taken this to the next level.
