Besides the usual Sri Lankan crabs, this is my first time trying the Vietnamese variant. The crab has huge and strong pincers and the meat was springy. A surprisingly good alternative!
Ordered based on @misstamchiak 's recommendation. A sweeter, richer version of the common coffee pork ribs. Tasty!
Dinner at Tien Garden, a new restaurant along Changi Road. Here is one of their signature, Almond Coffee Ribs!
Though it doesn't look aesthetically pleasing, Tien Garden's salted egg crab is yummy! It comes with shredded egg!
One of the best San Bei Chicken I've tried. Tasty sauce, generous portions of garlic. Would've been even better if onions were added.
