The icing room has hopped on the Liu Sha wagon. Liu Sha croissants are now available at a reasonable 6 for $5.50.
The sauce is decent but somewhat underwhelming and lacking in the croissant. The pastry wasn't flaky enough but overall it's definitely worth a try.
To Mum, With Love ($32.80 for 6-inch whole cake) featuring a cross-section of the moist chocolate almond sponge cake, coated with dark chocolate ganache and caramel crunchy pearl glazed with a touch of brandy.
