Quite generous with the portion of sashimi. Sashimi is fresh, but the rice is terrible: lumpy and hard. Still had to eat it cuz it’s quite spicy 🥵
Pork cutlet is super crispy and the fried egg was a nice touch and addition!
Comes with both torched and sashimi salmon lay on top of a bed of japanese rice. Sashimi was very fresh and torched salmon is a nice touch to spice the boring salmon don with a different flavour.
This bowl of kaisen don with cubes of marinaded salmon, tuna, yellowtail, scallops and salmon roe serves as a quick & convenient option within Don Don Donki at Jem. Reasonably fresh and generous portion of sashimi. My only minor grouch would be the considerably smaller portion of rice served. 😬
