this is one fluffy pancake. one bite and it instantly disintegrates in ur mouth. rich custardy flavor. peach cream p mellow.
($12.90) lots of umami. legit grilled eel, not like the sticky processed ones u typically see from a jp supermarket (note the bones tho, but i personally think they’re still p edible lolz) and super mellow raw egg yolk and flufffy egg white.

One of my favourite egg sandwiches in SG!! The eggs are such amazing quality that they don't need much else for flavour. The whipped egg white for the Ultimate Egg Rice is unlike anything I've ever experienced!!
