100% Muslim-owned and Authentic Lombok Cuisine.

For starters we had Grilled Chicken Breast Salad, Breaded Mussels and Sweet Potato Fries with three dipping sauces.

For Mains we had their famous Taliwang Signature dishes such as:
▪︎Udang Bakar Taliwang
Grilled Large Tiger Prawns served with spicy black sauce.
▪︎Ayam Bakar Taliwang
Lombok speciality Grilled Chicken marinated in spicy Taliwang sauce and grilled to char
▪︎Ikan Bakar Taliwang
Grilled whole Red Snapper marinated in Taliwang spicy sauce
▪︎Satay Rembiga
200gms Grass-fed Beef Tenderloin marinated in Indonesian spices and grilled to medium well
▪︎Bebek Goreng Sambal Ijao
Duck thigh simmered in marinate and deep fried. Served with green Sambal

We were also served with their Western offering counterparts like the Breaded Fish and Chips and Salmon Fillet.

Of course the entire meal was not complete without sweet endings.

▪︎Chendol Ice Cream
Fresh twist of Chendol using Coconut Ice Cream, Gula Melaka Ice Cream, red kidney beans, chin chow, nipah palm seed and Jackfruit drizzled with Gula Melaka Syrup

My personal favourites were the Breaded Mussels, Sweet Potatoes Fries, Ayam and Ikan Bakar Taliwang, Salmon Fillet, BeBek Goreng Sambal Ijao and Chendol Ice Cream. Delighted with every dish prepared for us. Each dish was well flavoured and cooked in perfection. Loved their Signature dishes the Ayam and Ikan Bakar Taliwang. Very pleased with tenderness of the meat. Soft, juicy and scrumptious. Delighted with the crunchiness of duck skin and the meat was juicy and flavorful. Enjoyed every bit of the Chendol Ice Cream. Loved the texture and flavours combined. Everything was flawless making this truly a mouthwatering gastronomical experience.

Kudos to the Chef, Mr Din and the rest of the staff for serving these impeccable full course spread. Many thanks to Mr. Hamzah for the invite and warm hospitality.
