King of fruits, no doubt about it. These persimmon are so fresh and aged to give it the right level of consistency and for flavour. The flavour is complex and yet so simple, like honey.

We bought the famous Pablo cheesecake. This is the chocolate version. It's creamy and soft, and definitely good for sharing. Too much for 2 of us though.
