Not recommend to try their raw kinds of sushi (third photo), because for me, the vinegar is too overpowering (especially the shrimp one) and a bit fishy. However, their fusion sushi (fourth photo) and their anykinds of aburi sushi (second photo) is the best! I recommend you to try their “foie gras gunkan” (last photo). The foie gras is so royal and Its literally melt in your mouth combines with the bouncy fluffy texture of the sushi rice.
