They said since it's not fried, it had 80% less fat. It did taste like fried chicken, with less grease. Not bad. The skin was tasty and crispy with a hintbof smoke. If only it penetrated more to my thigh meat. Maybe a longer time to marinade to infuse with flavors more.
The flavor was good. But the patty was too thin. :'( Service too was not so good too. On many occasions, they weren't paying attention, they didn't serve the food at the right time, at the same time.
