A delightful ending to a most wonderful meal southern Thai meal. Team Sorn, you guys rock and you are definitely putting Southern Thai cuisine in the limelight. Thanks to Khun Ice and his pursuit to preserve his family heritage, we can now enjoy such amazing flavours.
I love how creative they got with this. Menu read canned fruit and so we were served a can of rambutans. Lift that and you see the actual fruit which is filled with most refreshing rambutan sorbet. Fun and creative way to serve a palate cleanser.
This reminded me of my most beloved nasi lemak. It was similar and yet different. Fascinating how our cultures are intertwined.
Fit for kings. This was really a fantastic way to enjoy southern Thai cuisine, by sharing with friends.
He thoughtfully prepared this taro soup to just balance out our meal. The broth was really lovely, made from crab stock and cabbage. Yums!
I love my greens and so truly enjoyed sampling each of them.
