I preferred the Wild Truffle Mushroom ($29) - portabello & button mushrooms, sweet onions, rocket and shaved parmesan all drizzled with truffle oil. I've always been a sucker for tenderly roasted mushrooms so it was pretty enjoyable. Didn't like the crust though.
Raffles City's Skinny Pizza has now become Skinny Market, where salads and wraps are now available. Decided to just stick to the pizzas, and got the Spicy Corny Chicken ($19)! Butter-thyme roasted chicken with grilled corn kernels, caramelised onions, chilli, spinach, coriander and confit garlic aioli. Flavours went well together, but nothing too spectacular, and there was this greasy aftertaste that I didn't appreciate....

Heavily doused in truffle oil is how this pizza is presented. The aroma when it arrives at the table is unprecedented. The ultra skinny dough makes half the guilt to the name pizza. Ideal for the figure caring girls out there. Boys too!!! Enjoy and rejoice.
The spaghetti wasn't over cooked and nicely combined with the sauce.

You can expect the thinnest, crunchiest pizzas at Skinny Pizza. Crusts here are so thin, it makes you question if you're actually eating pizza. Flavours here are exotic and usually topped with rocket leaves. Maybe pizzas can finally be considered healthy? Their most famous is arguably the Squid Ink pizza, touting a black crust and black sauce.
For pastas, my preference goes for cream-based. If u can't decide btw cream or tomato, this has a bit of both, with fresh prawns and parsley.
