It’s weird to post food from SQ cos technically SQ isn’t a F&B. But this carrot cake truly deserves a post! I was apprehensive towards the legitimacy of “carrot cake” by the 🇸🇬 national carrier but I’ve to say it’s officially my new favourite Singapore-style carrot cake 🥕 The sambal chilli was the bomb 💣! Sweet and fragrant, a tad oily but that’s the same w any other sambal which comes oily half the time. The ✈️ version was filled with eggy fragrance, soft fluffy carrot cake and came with little shrimps which were pretty succulent and juicy. ‘served in the morning flight from SIN to HK! A pity this isn’t sold anywhere else! I would totally buy it.
Kid’s meal onboard @singaporeair SQ977 from Bangkok, Thailand 🇹🇭 to Singapore 🇸🇬 Not sure 🤔 why but little man’s meal looked way more tasty than mine.
Maybe everything looked bad as one was already in a bad mood 🤬 when the airline changed our pre-selected window/ aisle seats 💺 to the center.
And there’s no soft toys for the little one ☝️.
