The broth, made from pork bone and high-quality soy sauce, delivers a potent, rich, heavy, and salty flavour—some may find it too strong, but fortunately, customisation options are available.

You can choose your noodle doneness, broth richness, and oil level. I gone for soft noodles, a strong broth, and medium oil. The noodles were slurpy and easy to chew, the broth was incredibly thick, and the roast pork was large and succulent. The marinated egg was well-seasoned. Overall, a deeply flavourful and good bowl of ramen. Slurp!
