Sheng Seng Fried Prawn Noodle (Pek Kio Market & Food Centre)

It has a nice wok hei taste and the chili was good. I had to ask for second helping.

Definitely a good plate of Hokkien Mee though not the best! This plate of Hokkien Mee definitely slants more towards the wetter type and is generous with the portion, especially the ingredients (prawns, dish cakes, sotong, kai lan). But the broth. Oh wow the broth. The broth was really flavorful and definitely carried the dish for miles and miles 🤤🤤 Prices range from 3/4/5/6 and also love that it’s highly customizable! (Overheard a patient replacing the prawns with fish, great for those with allergies!)
