The steak house that serves 500° plate with a pat of butter, giving a satisfying sizzling sound and keeping steak hot to the last bite, is none other than @rcshsingapore located in @parkroyalcollectionmarinabay .

The most tender cut of corn fed premium USDA Beef seared to perfection in a 1800° custom broiler, finished with butter, fresh parsley, then served on a 500° sizzling plate. A really good piece where the texture was so tender, yet firm to the cut. I like how there wasn’t much seasoning to it, allowing the natural flavours of the beef to flow through.
