The exterior of the banana fritters was a crisp, springroll-alike batter that encases fresh, ripe and soft banana within. The pineapple reduction was creamy, thick with a tangy note which I would personally prefer for it to be omitted as it imparted sogginess to the crisp fritters. Vanilla ice cream, once again, was a run-off-the mill despite its smooth, creamy and melt-in-the mouth texture.
