Scotch eggs with sweet potato fries from Schotchtails at Borough Market. The fries were crisp outside with a very light and fluffy exterior. The eggs were super well done! The meat and batter wasn't too heavy or thick, while the egg itself was still nice and runny.
Lunching at Borough Market, and this is the second stop of the day: a perfectly gooey egg yolk snuggled in perfectly seasoned pork sausage, encased in perfectly crispy breadcrumbs, served on a bed of perfectly addictive sweet potato fries. DOPE.
