Tried this dish yesterday. You'll be served a plate of hot rice, a plate of daun ubi, a plate of chili, a plate of cooked-pork-blood and of course the main dish, Grilled Pork. The meat is heavenly delicious. Crispy outside, soft inside. Dip it inside the chili, oh my God! The best grilled pork I have ever had.
