At this Johor Bahru eatery, they make their noodles from scratch. Same goes for the fish paste that gets stuffed into every piece of the "yong tau foo". The noodles which taste like a hybrid of "ban mian" and yellow "mee", come tossed in a light black sauce that's fragrant with sesame oil and pork lard oil. Alternatively, you can opt to have it prepared in curry or "wanton mee" style. You need to ask for the sambal chilli if you like to spice things up as it is served separately.
