This restaurant suppose to be popular for their SanLou Bee Hoon, instead I find this dish to be the gem instead.

Crispy batter coated the springy yet tender calamari, topped with minced fried salted egg. The calamari come and go in the blink of an eye, while some of us added the leftover of the 'not so salty' salted egg with the 2nd round of sanlou bee hoon. Yum yum.
