Last week's indulgence in JB: fresh prawns steamed in egg white doused with a copious amount of Chinese rice wine. Love this stuff!
Love the 老板娘 at Yuw Meng, who always gives me this complimentary dessert – all I have to do is ask! ☺️
I keep going back for this because it simply is THE BEST rendition of this dish there is – just look at all that salted egg yolk caking the crustacean.
Brought the J gang to my favourite seafood and zi char coffeeshop in Kulai, JB for dinner yesterday. Hadn't been there in two to three years and was so pleased that the standard of food hasn't deviated.
Another great find in JB. Pipa Duck, Hokkien Fried Mee, salted egg fried crab, pork ribs dishes are all good! Try tr spinach juice for a refreshing taste.
