Finger licking good and here it came with a dipping sauce that’s slightly spicy and slightly sour, which really whets the appetite. I really enjoyed this.
Duck with mantou buns she said. So that’s what we ordered. I’ve forgotten how good this is. 6 adults 3 kids and the kids wiped out the duck sandwiches. You should watch them chomp it down. The adults only had one each. Also, so much for keeping leftover duck for Choy Keok, the only thing remaining was the head!
The soup was peppery with the peppercorns. The adults enjoyed it but the kiddos found it too peppery for their liking.
Yes, underneath the bird are some shrooms. The roast chicken here is always good.
Sticky from all the caramelisation, you can lick the molasses off from your fingers after you are done with the prawns. Yums!
At the bottom was Phoenix chicken, chicken with a layer of fish paste and almonds at the bottom, served on a cracker. The top layer was a jellied cold chicken with black fungus and jellyfish. Very yummy. I would ask for the wasabi sauce to be served on the side as it felt a little out of place here and my family found it a tad too spicy.
You can’t have a birthday celebration without them. What more it was a triple celebration last night.

First time trying them out for yum cha today and I must say I enjoyed it. The fried carrot cake was superb. Lots of eggs and tauge, we ordered a second portion. The har kau was also superb. I found their pricing really competitive and will definitely choose this for yum cha instead of a certain outlet which has deteriorated a lot in standards.
Chock full of seafood at every bite! I love eating my bowl with their pickled green chillies
Only order this if you are prepared to lick and suck off all that amazing caramel from the shells first. Really finger licking good!
