Fibre intake is essential π Carrot cake is your safest option if you are not adventurous. Generous walnut slapped with just the right layers of creamcheese frosting.
The good old classic ori burnt cheesecake. It's dense, it's smooth, it's rich. Somehow it lacks the kick... it's not 'burnt' and moist enough. Having said that, I really like the cream in the middle of the top and bottom layer!
I β€οΈit! The texture is fluffy yet refreshing. The amount of cheese is just right, not jelak at all. Should I share with others?π€ DEFINITELY NO. .

If you are a fan of green tea and brownie and sesame ice cream, REJOICE!! Rekindle is serving green tea brownie with your choice of green tea of black sesame ice cream. I was basically squealing in my heart when I saw this and wow, Rekindle really does their job best! The brownie itself is not too sweet and add on with a scoop of black sesame ice cream, the whole combination is a happy orchestra dancing in your mouth. Another plus point is their staff is so friendly and keeps checking on us to make sure that everything is fine. One brownie point for them!
True to its name, the cakes served at Rekindle never disappoints! The red velvet cake as moist and not too cloying, whereas for the chocolate bailey's fare a little lesser as the alcohol aftertaste isn't quite pleasant. Nevertheless, it's a good place to unwind and have a good chat with your companion. π
On the table: Tiramisu kahlua // Green tea opera // flat white. Decided to chill out at a cafe after dinner with the bf because we haven't done this for months due to our work commitments. They serve a huge selection of cakes and we decided on tiramisu and green tea cake. The cakes are surprisingly yummy! Tiramisu is the type that I like as it resembles the delicious tiramisu at Alexis, whereas for the green tea cake, true to the staff's recommendation, the green tea taste is pretty strong and might leave a slightly bitter after taste!
