The duck meat is drench with the thick fragrance from the spring onion and the other seasoning.. Very tasty and expertly done by the chefs! Although duck meat will still have a little toughness to it, it's definitely a small matter considering that that this is damn delicious!

The glass noodles are a surprise as they were not indicated in the menu. The 'satay' spices does not taste like the traditional satay sauce but has similar references to it with the obvious flavoring of curry powder.. the fish is smooth and soft! Glass noodles is .. glass noodles😛. This dish is neither good nor bad but in a 'bizarre' way, I kinda enjoy it!🤔
