If you are looking for a hearty breakfast in melaka, this is one good option for you. The aroma from the soup is so sweet that it awakened my sleepy self in the morning. Don't be surprise if you see a crowd early in the morning because its normal for people to flock over where the good food is at.

Typical coffee shop, cramp, uncomfortably warm - but with the never-ending crowd, you know you’re in good hands.

Nothing fancy, but very homely food served here!
They’re known for their comforting mee sua soup (which reminds me very much of my grandma’s cooking lol) and hainanese style pork chop. We had chicken instead as they ran out of pork, crispy and the gravy was creamy, interestingly good. Omelette was tasty, fluffy, slightly greasy but that’s what makes good omelettes good, right?

Portions were very generous so it was a bit of an overkill but we had to try the horfun and beehoon that was on everyone else’s table too! Horfun was silky smooth but tasted a tad bland as compared to the fried beehoon - seemed to be lacking any hints of wokhei for both. Still a pretty good, affordable meal overall!

The bowl of mee sua came with a light, slighty peppery broth and was topped with sliced pork, minced pork, and some innards. Simple with no frills, it was no surprise that the shop was pretty full that day despite the light shower. Will definitely have this again if I ever return there 😊

This restaurant selling oyster mee sua soup serve with fresh oyster, meat or seafood. The oyster mee sua soup here is quite different from Taiwan style oyster mee sua. The broth is not thick and creamy but still taste delicious.
