I managed to squeeze in this Bib Gourmand pho. Raw beef just means sliced beef cooked a little pink. I wolfed down the noodles and soup because they're that good, especially due to the ample garnish, but the meat was forgettable. It made me question whether I ordered the wrong thing, because the menu also has brisket, flank, tendon, beef paste etc.
One of the best in Vietnam.
A savory bowl of Pho and a solid cuppa viet coffee. Good sustenance for the whole day!
