Tried the relatively new Penang Prawn Noodle stall at Maxwell Food Centre (#01-23) and it exceeded my expectations! I ordered Dry Prawn & Pork Rib Noodle ($7) and the noodles are tossed in a fragrant chilli sauce. The prawns are de-shelled and meaty, and the pork rib is fall-off-the-bone tender. It also comes with fishcake, hard-boiled egg and fried shallots. The accompanying prawn soup is rich and flavourful. Definitely something I can see myself returning for!
