Enter the store to find a display of colourful pastries and pralines that look like art pieces from Paris. Many of their pastries were a blend of in-season fruits and chocolate, beautifully married to satisfy anyone with a sweet tooth.
With of without milk, their matcha drinks were a good balance as we chilled the afternoon away.
Pretty much sold out by closing time. The light choux pastry of the Éclair au Praline was slightly chewy and generously filled with a delightful praline creme. Can't go wrong with the combination of sweet caramel and nutty crunchy hazelnut!
Tried their seasonal items - Saint Honoré Fraiser Pastache (¥880) & Fraiser (¥830). Both were superbly well made, especially the smooth pistachio cream here and the pastry for the Fraiser 😋
Feeling the blues now as I'll be back in SG tomorrow 😿
Still savouring my 2014 till the last day.
