Initially ordered this just for fun to see how it would taste like. It sounds odd to have a savoury element in a usually sweet soft serve, but PABLO outdid themselves! It was milky, creamy and delivered what it promised, cheesy. It wasn't overly and outright cheesy but the sweetness was well balanced with a subtle savoury touch that was so addictive. Only problem was that it melted really really quickly in Taiwan's summer heat, but that was ok for me because I was already happily slurping it down! The PABLO outlet here also has a dine in space in its basement.

Was wondering why it's so expensive and turns out it was a massive 6inch cheese tart. (328/388 ntd) Managed to bring this back with only a small crack (I was so careful with my bag the entire time) but we weren't impressed cos we had it cold with soggy hard crust ☹️ filling was not overly rich, quite fluffy so I suppose it'll be a little oozy if it's hot, with flakey crust? Will try it out again! liked the bittersweet matcha one with azuki beans in it better. The next time I'm there I might just have it on the spot.
