Bak kut teh has additional pork liver, pig's tail etc. soup was pretty good. Unique taste. The sambal sweet potatoes was fried very well. Crunchy and yet tasty.
Bathing gloriously in it are pieces of tender pork ribs, pork belly, small intestine, liver, tail and fried tofu puffs which have absorbed every bit of that flavourful broth.
