Both dry and soup looks good, taste even better. The dry one packs a strong vinegary punch which I love so much and the soup one is light on the palette but still a fresh porky flavour. Look at the generous serving of fresh pork liver and the juicy braised mushrooms too. Every component is so well cooked. Can’t wait to head back for more BCM soon.🤩

Interesting soup, robust, tasty and lookd healthy. Not sure about the presentation of blended spinach broth in traditional soup bowl.

However, if this is individually plated on flat bowl with the lobster flesh as centerpiece, it is definitely looks awesome.
