I first chanced upon this almost 8 years ago in pattaya. it's now my favorite hunt everything I'm in thailand.
similar to our prata back home, this item takes about 5 minutes to get done. finely chopped banana mixed with a couple eggs, the guy den starts the fire and tossed that flattened dough onto the wok. adding butter for the crispness, he pours the mixture into the middle before slowly wrapping the prata together. pan fry for a couple minutes more and it is ready to be served. ending off with much condense milk and chocolate syrup.
