This amazing DIY Salad is probably the only salad I'd eat continuously! Starting with lettuce, you can choose to add a base of baby spinach or mixed greens. Followed by 3 standard toppings & a sauce! & all this adds up to $3.90! Totally worth it! In my DIY, it consists of baby spinach, chick peas, cherry tomatoes, baby potatoes, smoked salmon & queens (lemon juice & vinegrette) dressing.
