The ambiance is great! and the meat was cooked to perfection by our server!
One of the busier outlets in Avenue K, The Smile of Korea, MISO bustles like a true blue Korean restaurant — expect to hear loud guffaws and smell meat. They seem to serve barbecue, but most are here for the lunch meals. Beef Sundubu Jjigae (RM15.90) was tasty, textured with the chewy beef slices and soft tofu squares that melt in your mouth like lava. The dish is also good to share between two, if you are willing to split the rice and banchan (share la, refillable what). For a quicker alternative that don’t require pausing between piping-hot mouthfuls, have the Japchae (RM12.90) that tastes a little bit like soy sauce-doused wanton noodles — in a good way.
Koryo-Won @ Suria KLCC, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Generous with ingredients but the soup is very spicy. Free flow of delicious side dishes which are great tasting. The kimchi pancake is crispy and a good complement to our stew. Check out
