Negi, also known as welsh onion?! is the star of the show here.Sat in a tatami room, placed our orders and was served a giant bowl of negi and otoshi. How very daunting for me who avoids it at all cost; wouldn't even have been here if I weren't looking for the tendon but alas it's only available on the lunch menu (😡). They do serve ala carts tempuras tho. Anyhoooo, this place dedicates most of its menu to negi in different forms - we had the boiled chicken with udon in yuzu citrus and leek (¥880); sukiyaki hotpot (¥2,900). As it turns out, wasn't bad at all! I found myself adding more into the sweet sweet pot with generous portions of tender beef. A lively izakaya but prices run a little steeper with additional service charge.
