from the dessert stall at MBK food court. not the prettiest dish but a satisfying accompaniment to your oyster omelette (stall c15). as usual pls note that this is the Level 6 food court not the international one at Level 5.
stall c15 at Mbk food court (level 6, do NOT go to the one at level 5). fat and juicy oysters, egg fried into a flat and crisp sheet. douse generously with sweet chilli sauce and raw bean sprouts. slurp!
Done a little differently as compared to Singapore, generous servings of fresh oysters are fried with flour and eggs to produce a delightful crispy omelette. The crispy edges of the omelette are then cut away and placed on top of this dish as decoration. For 85 Baht, (S$3.40), this is one of the best deals here! It's easy to see why there's a perpetual queue at this food stall too.
With more than 20 food stalls offering local delights at reasonable prices, this food court is a great pit stop after a shopping spree at MBK!
