The ice cream and waffles are nice! The taro cake was interesting but not as moist. Will go back for ice cream!

Finally got to visit their new space at Marine Parade after a long hiatus after they closed down the Cassia Crescent shop. Quite a pity for they had reduced the selection of cakes they have, with around four layered cream cakes available and seemed to have more focus on gelato instead which comes with waffles. The consistency of the gelato was pretty good; sticky, creamy and smooth less some shards of ice sticking around within, while the Bailey's flavour was pretty evident without being too heavy-handed on alcohol. Would probably work quite decent if paired with a waffle.

This was from a rare Saturday afternoon tea I had with Justina and Hafiz where I had to wait for an almost an hour to sit but that's also coz they were late! The Buttermilk Waffles totally made up for it though!

Maple & Market has wide range of in house baked cakes. Very unique and interesting flavors!!

Super crispy on the outside and fluffy in the inside! With caramel sauce and caramelized bananas!
