What?! Another superstar for Hong Kong Roast? Ya, it is. This is my own michelin star restaurant. Thy have really worth the award roasted item. Both of my roast pork and roast duck deserved a 5 star rating. Juicy meat and crispy skin, how many times have I ever ate that? I think this is the third place that amazed me. Super like! Food:9/10 (- 1 mark for the slightly over salty noodle sauce)
