Pork belly fans rejoice—the meat is tender with a melt-in-your-mouth layer of fats to satisfy. The bowl is packed full of goodness with wasabi sprouts, asian slaw, oven roasted tomatoes, grilled mushrooms, pickled lotus root and a delicious soft-centred egg sitting atop a bed of rice.
Plus just add $3 for their lunch combo that comes with a salad and drink of your choice.
Poached Lobster Tail & Sutchi Fillet ($28.80) with Sautéed Spinach and Lemon Butter Sauce. This dish tastes delicious despite using Sutchi for the fish. Would’ve preferred a tastier fish, but it was cooked well and had no pungent fishy smell or taste. Both the fish & lobster tasted great with the lemon butter sauce. The fish sits on a bed of spinach and mashed potatoes. Can only say I wish the lobster tail wasn’t so small. But I’d definitely eat this again.
Fusilli Salmone ($15.20). Salmon, Mushroom & Thai Basil Sauce. A very quiet place to dine on a Saturday evening. Ambush have just launched their new menu with a lot of dishes looking deliciously tempting to try out.
Duck Confit Benedict—Pan De Mie, Duck Confit, Sautéed Mushrooms & Hollandaise Sauce. Stopped by #Sprigs for brunch today. A super modern, sleek place to hang out with friends or family. They’ve just launched their Brunch Menu, including this Duck Confit Benedict in a set including Juice. A hearty brunch meal to kick off the day.

Marinated Chilean seabass in miso and wine, buttered shimeji mushroom. 👍
Crispy truffle portobello mushroom fries with roasted garlic aioli. Crispy on the outside and juicy inside, these would go well with an ice cold cocktail any day!

Hokkaido scallops, yuzu miso dressing and salmon roe… Simply delicious!
