Slow Carb Diet
Probably the most generous salad bowl you can get out there. You get the whole piece of chicken, duck, salmon fillet in full for each order. You also get ample servings of greens and mushrooms.
After 3 morning meetings and no breakfast, I had to go for the big kahuna. Enjoyed the fat cubes of tuna and salmon covered in their signature mayo. The salmon in mentaiko sauce (special of the day) was really good as well. I'll definitely be back again!
Enjoyed the sweetness of the cold beef mixed with the sesame dressing. The lettuce, quinoa and brown rice combi gives you a fuller end to the meal.
Really solid bowl of poke. The Wikiwiki bowl comes with a good mix of kumbu rice, quinoa, salmon, jalapeño, kimchi, almonds, avocado, chipotle and mayo. I really enjoyed the spicy kick of the jalapeño and the buttery avocado. Pro-tip: can't decide between salmon and tuna? get the $16 option and you'll a scoop of both.
I'm always a big fan of filling bowls with ample meat and greens. Great place for a business lunch. Got a complementary piece of cake too!
Definitely a good way to complement the bowls. Smitten beans.
Loved everything in this bowl. The Hokkaido scallops are huge and fleshy. My favorite part was actually the the ninja rice mixed with the lemon butter sauce. Enjoy eating here without the guilt!
Served with shiitake mushroom, pumpkin, edamame and miss dressing. Lovingly simple. This is vegan friendly.
Cedele is a chain that serves really good, quality food. If you're here for a filling dinner, do get this and the tofu pasta. Won't go wrong!
I really love the food served here. It's all down to good ingredients, simple and light cooking. It's hard to describe, but the flavors gives you a huge sense of satisfaction and thankfulness. Get the chicken quinoa fried quinoa bowl if you're easing into a healthy repertoire. Feels like a refreshing, 2-0 Southampton home win.
What started as a discovery on Burpple, this has become a regular lunch destination. Slightly hidden at the start of the alley of CT Hub 2, this young joint serves bento-like salads and grains. The Korean BBQ chicken, quinoa, onsen egg laid over good servings of broccoli while finishing it off with Japanese sesame sauce are my favorite picks! Pro-tip: As the service is not at its quickest yet (still new), you can sms in your order and pick it up later. Time saved is a plus!
Perfect for my slow carb diet! I enjoyed the chicken and herbs, and how it went with the quinoa. I chose the large option, which comes with 2 meat and 3 sides, with a base. Definitely one of the best salad choices in this area!
