Flown in twice a week from different continents around the world, the range of seafood here is incredible. To order, simply walk around and take your pick from the seafood, all of which is neatly displayed on beds of ice and then let the chefs know if you prefer a Western or Japanese style of preparation. Honestly, I felt like running around this Tsukiji Market-inspired space like a "seow cha bor" (Hokkien for "crazy lady") and just grab everything in sight. The Argentinean Sea King Prawns, Japanese Bluefin Tuna, Boston lobsters, Pacific oysters... they were all calling my name... But thank goodness, sanity prevailed 😅
Not surprisingly, the sushi and sashimi are top-notch, yet very reasonably priced. The cooked dishes didn't fall short either. For instance, the Boston lobster we had was done perfectly, revealing sweet and chunky meat when split open. As though that alone wasn't enough to make us salivate, it was served with these amazingly addictive homemade miso butter and garlic butter sauces. We couldn't stop ourselves from dipping our fat fries, that came with the carb-less tuna and cheese burger, in them.
Verdict: Love the food, concept and ambience. Definitely a place I'll return to very soon.
Truly ingenuity by my favorite dim sum master. Using seasonal fruit might sound a tat gimmickish, but not in this excellent creation, which maintains the savoury flavours and introducing a sweetness that is subtle but characteristic.
Every bite is a pleasure. Love the thin layer of fat between the roasted skin and tender meat. A bestseller at imperial treasure.
So far I find Imperial Treasure's dim sum still the best !
Happiness is the freedom to pick and choose my fave vegetables plus other tasty stuff to be stir-fried in a fragrantly spicy or "xiang la" sauce. I like it very hot but you can ask for it to be less or more spicy depending on your threshold for pain.
The biggie for me is that the chefs here use PORK LARD OIL in their cooking. And by golly, what a difference that makes!
Hot from the oven, fragrant & crispy outside, sweet & succulent inside for the first order. The second order is less juicy but over all is good.must try! Price isHK16.00(S$2.56)for 3 buns, much cheaper than that at singapura.
Highly recommend for meat lovers who love the food prior to hip environment. The steak portion is big & thick, meat is tender & meaty taste, can serve a couple comfortably. This full set cost HK$120.00(S$20.00) take note Long queue is formed at peak time.
Highly recommend: The pig liver is so fresh & smoothly tender, the meat ball is springy solid & the meat wanton is tasty. The soup is well broth with no MSG added. Price is well with good stuff.👍👍
Yummy rice roll go with HK style congee is excellent!
