The burgers are probably still the best in Singapore - waygu beef cooked to your preference, plus optional mushrooms and onions. Simple and delicious, the closest alternative we have to Shake Shack.

Is. The. Best. Choux. Puff. Ever.
Available in vanilla, matcha, coffee and black sesame ($4.30). The exterior texture is like a polo bun / hum chee peng, while the inside cream is super rich and amazing. And the weight of the puff is quite heavy too.

Probably the best and most affordable savoury bagels with the most generous ingredients that you can get in Singapore. Reminds me of NYC's. (cheaper than Saacha and Sons)

Hipster food is expensive lol. Bought the rainbow bagel ($8!), dubai double wrap with stewed chicken and lamb ($11.90) which is not too bad, and this fried banana with chocolate and cheese ($6.50) which is pretty gelat.

The amount of meat is thicker than the bread! Very juicy and delicious.
Top: Pork Canitas with fried egg and sour cream
Left: Philly cheese steak ($16). Super saucy and juicy.
Right: Chicken Katsu. Better than any Zinger or McSpicy!

The chao tar bee hoon is really chao tar. Very fragrant. The salted egg yolk prawn ball is more dry, not very saucey, but the fried corn is interesting. Brinjal and potato is soft and like the batter is like tempura. Finally the fried pork belly taste like har cheong kai.
